| 摘 要： | 在绿色、环保、低碳、可持续的社会发展主旋律背景下，再生资源产业面临着巨大的发展机遇。合肥市再生资源产业经过多年的发展、积累，具有了较好的产业发展基础，但也存在规模效益低、技术含量不足、体系化建设滞后以及从业人员素质较低等制约性问题。如何规避挑战和抓住机遇，提出针对性的建设措施，为新形势下合肥市再生资源产业的健康发展提供智力支持，具有十分重要的现实性意义。

| Abstract: | With the theme of green, environmental protection, low carbon and sustainable social development trend, renewable resources industry faces enormous opportunities. With many years of development and accumulation, renewable resources industry in Hefei has got a good development foundation. However, there still exist some restrictive problems, such as low scale profits, lack of technical contents, lag of systematism construction, low-quality employees and so on. So it is of great realistic significance to avoid challenges, seize opportunities and put forward targeted measures, which will provide intellectual support for the healthy development of renewable resources industry in Hefei. |
