| 摘 要： | 双语教学是高等教育发展的必然趋势。新建本科院校双语教学还处于起步阶段,存在师资严重不足、学生英语基础薄弱、教学管理体制滞后等问题,学校应在师资队伍、教学管理机制、课程体系、课程建设等方面采取有效措施,提高双语教学质量。

| Abstract: | Bilingual teaching is an inexorable trend of the development of higher education,but in newly-established universities it is still on the primary stage.There exist many problems,such as serious shortage of teachers,weakness in English on the part of students,and backwardness in teaching administration system.Therefore,in contingent construction of teachers,teaching administration mechanism,course system and curriculums,effective measures should be taken to improve bilingual teaching. |
