摘    要:凡是能有效促进教师专业成长的学习,都可以称之为有效学习。教师在职有效学习的基本特征是:基于自主性的专业成长动机,基于探究性的实际问题的解决,基于反思性的教育行为的跟进,基于合作性的专业社群的建构。

On the Basic Features of Teachers' Effective In-service Learning

Abstract:Teachers' effective in-service learning means it can effectively improve of teachers' professional development. This paper thinks the basic features of teachers' effective in-service learning include the following: the motivation of teachers' professional development, the solution of practical problem, the follow-up of reflective educational behaviors, and the construction of professional community.
