| Abstract: | Teachers' effective in-service learning means it can effectively improve of teachers' professional development. This paper thinks the basic features of teachers' effective in-service learning include the following: the motivation of teachers' professional development, the solution of practical problem, the follow-up of reflective educational behaviors, and the construction of professional community. |
