| 摘 要： | 随着科技的进步和社会的发展，国家创新系统对一国的科技及经济发展越来越起着关键作用。主要对美国国家创新系统的运行作了较为细致的分析，认为其做法值得我国合理借鉴，进而提出了相应的对策和建议。
