科普惠农综合服务信息系统的设计

摘    要:以常熟市科普惠农项目为例,介绍了“企业+基地+农户”的科普惠农服务体系配套的信息支持系统的设计。系统利用web、移动通信等现代信息技术在惠农专家和农户之间搭起一座“绿色”的桥梁,突破了传统的沟通模式,为进一步提高科普惠农效率提供了良好的解决途径。

Abstract:Taking Changshu city science benefiting project as an example, this paper introduced a design of in-formation system for supporting“enterprises + bases + farmers”of popular agricultural science service system. Under the system, a green bridge is built between agricultural experts and farmers by using web and mobile com-munications technology, which breaks through the traditional communication mode, and provides a sound solu-tion in order to further improve the efficiency of popular agricultural science.
