| 摘 要： | 当前公安院校警体训练在整理活动认识上存在不足，而整理活动是预防运动损伤，提高训练效果的重要途径．本研究通过实验方法，对整理活动在提高学员体能，预防运动损伤、预防运动疲劳方面进行实验研究．实验前实验组、对照组体能水平基本相同．试验后实验组比对照组体能指标提高明显、运动疲劳恢复、运动损伤有明显区别．表明试验方法在预防运动疲劳、促进疲劳恢复、科学提高体能方面具有显著作用．通过该研究，可以进一步增强警体训练对整理活动的重视，保证警体训练科学化、最优化进行，对于公安学院的警体教育具有及其重要的现实意义．

| Abstract: | Relaxing activity prevents the movement damage and enhances the training effect, while relaxing activity is not sufficiently recognized in physical training in police colleges at present. Through experimental study this survey explores the effect of relaxing activity in raising the students＇ physical ability level, preventing exercise fatigue and preventing movement damage in police colleges. Before the experiment, the physical ability level of the test group and the control group is similar. After the experiment, the physical performance indexes of the test group improve much more than that of the control group. There is obvious difference in the exercise fatigue recovery and exercise fatigue. Through this it may concluded that the method has notable function in preventing exercise fatigue and scientifically enhancing physical performance. Through this research, it is possible to cause more attention on relaxing activity in police physical training, guarantee the most scientific and optimized police athletic training, which has vital practical significance for the physical training in police colleges. |
