| 摘 要： | 战争对地球生态环境的破坏一向很少为人所关注,但战争带来的环境问题及其影响在历史上却是存在的.随着人类科技水平的不断提高和武器装备的日益精尖,战争对生态环境的破坏会不断强化和泛化.20世纪末的两场现代高科技战争--海湾战争和科索沃战争突出地显现了这一点.水体污染、大气污染、土壤破坏、战后平民大量地死亡,这一切向世人昭示:西方所谓的"干净的战争"其实比历史上任何一次战争对人类和环境所造成的灾难都更加广泛、深重和久远.

| Abstract: | Few people pay attention to the disaster of ecological enviornment caused by wars. In fact, however, environmental problems together with their aftermath have existed for thousands of years. With the development of science and technology and the gradual sophistication of weaponry the disaster of ecological environment caused by wars is being strengthened and widened. Persian Gulf War and Kosovo War, two modern high tech wars which broke out in the 1990s, exposed this characteristics evidently. Water pollution, air pollution, soil destruction and high postwar civilian casualties along with these two wars show the fact, that is, so called clean war by Western countries has caused much more extensive, serious and lasting crisis than any war in the past. |
