| 摘 要： | 依照《民办教育促进法》,对比台湾《私立学校法》的相关内容,对两者之间在立法宗旨,民办教育与私立学校的定义、性质及适用范围,董事会的相关规定,收费税收与财产权及教职工权益等方面存在着一定区别。通过两者的比较,为进一步完善《民办教育促进法》提供理论依据。

| Abstract: | Based on a comparison between Private Education Promotion Law and Private School Law in Taiwan, analyze the difference between the two laws in the legislative purpose, definitions of private education and private school, nature, application scope, the related rules for the boards of regents, fees, taxes, property rights as well as the rights and interests of faculties. Thorough comparison, provide theoretical basis for further improvement of Private Education Promotion Law. |
