浅析自由式摔跤运动员力量训练的方法

摘    要:摔跤运动员所要求的力量,其特点可以概括为全面性、多元性、相持对抗下体现爆发用力以及在无氧代谢状况下发挥最大力量等。力量训练手段的选择要保证完成主要技术动作所需要的肌肉群得到充分训练,同时,所采用的练习,在动作结构及用力方式上要尽可能与摔跤技术动作相同或接近。

Abstract:The features of the strength which the wrestlers required can be summarized as the integrity,polytropism,is locked in a stalemate under the resistance to manifest the eruption effort as well as displays the biggest strength under the lack of oxygen metabolism condition and so on.We need to guarantee that completes the muscle group which the major technique movement needs to be under the full training in the choice of strength training method,simultaneously,uses the practice,in the movement structure and the forcibly way must as far as possible with the wrestling technology movement same or close.
