| 摘 要： | 为了满足中小学特级教师专业化发展的需求和激发中小学特级教师参与培训的积极性,本文从知识、能力、教学能力、培训方法、培训类型、培训师资等六个方面对中小学特级教师的培训需求进行了调查和分析,发现其培训需求情况如下:学习热情非常浓厚、科研需求尤其强烈和偏爱专题性强的培训项目、需求态势多样化等。值得进一步探索的是,如何发挥中小学特级教师学习热情的引领作用、避免其教学倦怠和开展针对名师的分科培训。
