| Abstract: | This paper points out some issues in youth teachers team building in regional colleges.The regional colleges should analyze the reasons conscientionsly and then take steady and efficient measures to attach importance to the youth teachers training,to strengthem youth teachers team building,so as to promote their own developent. |
