| 摘 要： | 自上世纪90年代起步以来，双师型教师的缺乏一直是制约高职旅游类专业人才培养的瓶颈。高职旅游类专业应针对每个专业教师的不同情况，建立分类型、多元化、多渠道进行师资培养的模式，并有针对性地建立教师培训提升的保障机制。

| Abstract: | The lack of double-qualified teachers has been a bottleneck constrainmg the talents cul- tivation in the tourism major of higher vocational education since 1990s. The teacher cultivation mode of classification, diversification and multichannel, as well as the safeguard mechanism of teachers＇ training and improvement, should be built according to different teachers＇ conditions. |
