摘    要:模具零部件的标准化、通用化和系列化是提高模具设计质量、缩短模具开发周期的有效途径。随着CAD软件在模具设计中的广泛应用,通过参数化建模构建符合我国国标要求的模具标准件库来提高模具设计效率已成为模具设计人员的共同愿望。冷冲压模具标准件圆凸模、模柄的参数化建模及库的开发方法与步骤,能为模具设计人员就基于UG NX的冷冲模标准件参数化建模及库的开发提供帮助。

Abstract:The standardization, universalization and serialization of mould parts are the effective ways to improve the quality of the mould design, and shorten its developing cycle time. With the wide application of CAD software in the mold design, and through the parameterized modeling of standard parts library conforming to the national standards, improving the efficiency of mold design becomes the common aspiration of the mold designers. The round punch of parametric modeling, the die shank of parametric modeling, and the library development method and process can help mold designers on the parametric modeling of die standard parts and the library development based on UG NX.
