| 摘 要： | 在人口老龄化、经济发展、老年人需求多样化背景下,中国养老服务市场呈现出多样化需求现状,其中也存在一些需求无法得到满足的问题。在探讨如何解决养老服务问题的过程中,发达国家采取以经济性和社会性为标识,以企业化运营的管理方式,这些形式可以为我国的养老服务发展提供借鉴,使以社会企业形式所提供的养老服务同政府、营利性组织、非营利性组织所提供的养老服务相配合,共同促进我国养老服务体系的发展。

| Abstract: | Under the background of the aging population, economic development, and diversified needs of the elderly, there is the current situation of diversified needs in the pension services market of China, and there exist some problems in which the needs can＇t be met. In the course of discussing how to solve the pension problems, developed countries take the economy and society as the center, and business operation as the main management mode. This form can provide a reference for our coun- try＇s pension services development, so that the social enterprise pension services is matched with the pension service provided by the government, profit organizations, and the non-profit organization to jointly promote the development of pension service svstem in ehin~ |
