泰山黄精对乌拉坦所致小鼠肺癌及抗炎作用研究

摘    要:本文研究了泰山黄精对乌拉坦诱导的小鼠肺癌的作用及抗炎作用.方法:将昆明种小鼠随机分组并给予不同剂量的泰山黄精水煎剂,作用于鸟拉坦所致肺癌小鼠和二甲苯诱发耳肿胀小鼠。观察小鼠生存状况,记录其体重变化、内脏(胸腺、脾、肺)指数;记录小鼠耳片肿胀度.结果:泰山黄精可改善乌拉坦所致肺癌小鼠生存状态,提高了其内脏指数;同时能抑制二甲苯引起的小鼠耳肿胀.结论:泰山黄精对乌拉坦诱导的小鼠肺癌有一定的抑制作用且具有明显的抗炎作用.

Abstract:To study the effect of polygonatum sibiricum red. from Mount Tai on urethane - induced lung cancer in mice and its anti - inflammatory effects. Mice were randomly divided into different groups when the mice were carcinogenic with urethane. We observed the growth of mice, took the records of its body weight, viscera index of spleen, lung, and the degree of the xylene - induced mouse ear swelling. The reault shows polygonatum sibiricum red. from Mount Tai can improve the quality of life of the mice with urethane - induced lung cancer and improve the viscera index and inhibit ear swelling on the xylene - induced mice. Conclusion: Polygonatum sibiricum red. from Mount Tai can prevent mice and also has significant anti -inflammatory effects.
