| 摘 要： | 网络新闻舆论是伴随网络媒体产生的一种新的新闻舆论形式，具有其独特特征。如何加强网络新闻的舆论导向是目前政府极为关注的问题。本运用传统舆论学理论，从四个方面分析了网络新闻的舆论特征，即内容的权威性、传播的广泛性、舆论形成的快捷性、舆论的多元与泛化等，并提出了对不良舆论控制、对主流舆论引导两种网络舆论导向的具体方式。

| Abstract: | The public opinion of network news developed with Internet medium, is a new type ofnews public opinion and has its own characteristics. How to strengthen the guidance of network newsopinion is currently what governments concern most. Applying traditional public opinion theory, theauthors analyze the public opinion characteristics of network news from three perspectives, that isauthoritative content, extensive spreading and rapidness of public opinion generation etc. The authorsalso bring up in detail two network guidance means on how to control negative opinion and how toguide prevailing opinion. |
