| 摘 要： | 通过文献资料法、问卷调查法与数理统计法对皖北地区12所中学的858名中学生进行调查,分析探讨了当前皖北地区农村中学课余体育锻炼的现状以及主客观影响因素,并针对调查结果提出了解决建议.

| Abstract: | Through questionnaire and mathematical statistics,a survey is made among 858 middle school students of 12 schools in the northern Anhui rural areas to collect information about extracurricular physical training present situation as well as the subjective and objective factors.And this paper puts forward suggestions according to the results of investigation. |
