校本课程开发的概念、实践特征及问题

摘    要:校本课程开发是与国家课程开发相对应的一种课程开发策略,它强调的是将学校作为课程决策的中心,让校长和教师成为课程开发的主体,更好地满足学生的多元化、个性化发展需求。在我国当前的教育实践中,校本课程开发已由学科试点走向系列化、规模化,成为学校特色文化建设的重要方面。但是,在我们的理论研究中,校本课程开发的概念界定还未达到一致认同,校本课程开发还面临着科学性与规范性缺失、评价机制不到位、未与教育科学研究相伴而行等问题。

Abstract:The school-based curriculum development is a strategy which corresponds to national curriculum design.It focuses on a school-centered curriculum decision-making,takes the principal and teachers as the major factor so as to meet the diversified needs and personal development.In China’s current education,school-based curriculum has developed from subject experimental units to serializatiom and larger scale,becoming an important aspect of the construction of school characteristic culture.However,in the progress of practice,the concept of school-based curriculum has not reached a consensus.The school-based curriculum development is not scientific or normal;its evaluation mechanism is not in place;it doesn’t comply with educational research.
