| 摘 要： | 产业投资基金是一种主要对国民经济的基础产业、支柱产业、关键行业及高成长性企业提供资本支持与服务,并从事资本经营和监督的集合投资工具．云南省要发展成为花卉强省,需要强大的资金支持,但是由于种种原因资金来源受限席文从云南的实际情况人手,对发展云南花卉产业投资基金进行了若干思考,研究了云南花卉产业的投资基金的设立、运营和退出机制．

| Abstract: | The Industrial investment fund is a kind of collective investment tool as to support and serve the basic and pillar industries, as well as developing industry in high speed, meanwhile, it runs and controls capital as well. The government of Yunnan province want to develop a powerful province of flowers which needs powerful capital support, but as to various kinds of limits of capital resources. The article analyzes the actual situation of Yunnan, and gives several considerations to develop Yunnan industrial investments funds of flowers, and considerations are give to the setting up, running and seceding mechanism of Yunnan flowers Industrial investment funds. |
