| 摘 要： | 民族法制是我国整个社会主义法制的重要组成部分，56个民族如何在民主和法制的基础上实现民族平等、团结、共同发展是一个重大课题。邓小平建设有中国特色社会主义理论是解决社会总问题的科学纲领，也是解决民族问题的总纲领。他关于民族法制的论述高屋建瓴，从总体上阐发了现阶段我国民族法制建设的基本观点和主张，是我国新时期民族法制建设理论基础和科学指南。

| Abstract: | Policy of nationality and law is an important part in the whole structure of China's socialistic legal system, maily on how 56 nationalities could share the equal right and cooperating development based on democracy and law. DENG's theory constructing socialism with Chinese characteristics is the scientific creed solving all social problems, which is also the main creed solving national problem. His ideas, including basic viewpoints about the current legal construction, are the theoretic references to national and legal construction. |
