| 摘 要： | 在中国近现代史上，外国侵略势力通过不平等条约取得对中国进行资本输出的特权，这是它们掠夺中国财富、控制中国经济、压制中国民族工业发展的重要方式之一。中国的国际通讯行业在外国资本主义压制下，还未呱呱坠地就胎死腹中了，外国人控制并垄断中国的国际通讯行业长达几十年之久。

| Abstract: | In modern Chinese histroy,foreign aggression forces obtained the privilege of capital export to China by the unequal treaties,it was one of important ways of robbing wealth from China,controlling China's economy,pressing China's national industry. China's international communication industry was Leaved Unfinished under the pressing of foreign capitalism,foreigners controlled and monopolized China's international communication industry for decades. |
