| 摘 要： | 现代信息技术与体育教学整合是体育教育现代化的一个发展方向。就目前现代信息技术与体育教学整合的现状及突出问题进行了分析，并在此基础上探索通过现代信息技术与体育教学的整合来深化体育教学改革，优化教学结构，激发学生学习兴趣，取得了较好的课堂教学效果。
