| 摘 要： | 任何课程的学习都存在着学生与课程之间的适应问题。网络课程在面临普通课程适应问题的同时，还需要面临网络技术，网络环境，网络文化等因素对课程学习的诸多影响。网络课程的学习适应是一个多层次，复杂的认知适应过程，从网络课程的设计角度出发，文章提出，学习者与网络课程之间应该在课程观，课程技术和课程实践三个层次上相互适应。

| Abstract: | The problem of adaptation to the course lies in students' learning. Web-based course faces this problem, while it also faces web technologies, surroundings, cultures, etc. The study of Web-based course isa multi-layer complex recognizing process. In a perspective of design, the article presents that the learner should adopt himself to the Web-based course in the outlook, technologies and practice. |
