| 摘 要： | 目前，非公有制企业党建工作面临的困境是：党建负责人思想认识模糊，非公企业党组织覆盖面小、力量薄弱，管理模式不统一，发挥作用难；理论研究滞后，党建管理主体虚弱，非公企业党组织没有合法合理的定位。解决困境的途径是：提高对非公企业党建工作重要性的认识，加强对非公企业业主的教育引导，配备得力的非公企业党建工作主要负责人，确立围绕经济建设开展党建工作的新思路，科学界定非公有制企业党组织的地位和作用，改革设置模式，夯实非公有制企业党建工作的组织基础，发挥工会的平台作用，积极推进非公有制企业的党建工作。

| Abstract: | Currently, the predicament of non - public ownership enterprises party construction is that the leading cadre of non - public ownership enterprises party construction have faintness understanding, non - public ownership enterprises party organizations coverage is narrow and their strength is weak, the management styles are disunity,the party organizations are hard to play a positive role, the theoretical studies are sluggish, the party management subjects are feeble. The solutions to the predicament is to attach more importance to non - public ownership enterprises party construction,to strengthen the education of owners of non - public ownership enterprises, to provid with leading elite, to establish new thoughts serving economic construction, to give a scientific definition to non - public ownership enterprises party organizations ＇role and function, to reform its building modes and to strengthen the organization basis of non - exert the function of labor union to push forward actively public ownership enterprises party construction, and to non - public ownership enterprises party construction. |
