| 摘 要： | 本文对山东省上市公司2001年至2003年的资本结构予以评价,其中包括债务资本股权资本和人力资本,并总结了资本结构的形成原因。同时将ST公司和非ST公司的资本结构进行了对比分析,找出了两者在资本结构方面的差异。

| Abstract: | This paper evaluates the capital structure of listed companies of Shandong province from 2001 to 2003,including debt capital,ownership capital and human capital,and concludes the formation causes of capital structure.Meanwhile,it carries out comparative analysis on the capital structures between ST companies and non-ST companies and finds out the differences in their capital structures. |
