| 摘 要： | 对近年来在美国专利商标局申请和授权的发明专利增长的趋势进行了分析。比较了中国和发达国家的专利特点，同时采用技术优势指数、快速增长领域指数等指标，分析了各国技术领域的竞争优势和未来的发展潜力。结合国家中长期科学规划，就如何提升我国科技竞争力提出了相关政策建议。

| Abstract: | This paper uses US Patent Statistics to compare patent characteristics between China and developed countries and outlines patent growth trend in recent years. On the basis of Relative Technological Advantage Index and Fast Growing Specialization Index, we analyze competitive advantages and potential for future development of the selected countries. Finally, in line with the national long -and medium - term program for scientific and technological development, some policy implications are suggested in order to enhance China' s competitiveness of science and technology. |
