| 摘 要： | 书院的学生管理,以行为管理为表,以心本管理为里.管理内容上既有关于知识掌握方面的要求,又有道德养成方面的要求.招生上承担着教化大众和培育精英的双重责任.学生自理自治并参与书院的管理,教师的训导和榜样作用又将管理置于其引导之下.书院有内部的整套管理制度,但并非完全独立,而是受到政府的行政干预.书院的学生管理,就是在上述两两相对力量中取得平衡,这种管理的特点给予当前高校的学生管理工作以启示.

| Abstract: | As for the administration of students in Ancient Academies, the behavior administration is its surface and the mind administration is its basic. The administration of students in Ancient Academies focused on students mastering knowledge and forming morality. Ancient Academies undertook double task, mass and elite, in enrollment. In the administration of students, the self - control of students was together with the guidance of teachers, the autonomy of Ancient Academies was together with the intervene of government. The balanced characteristics in Ancient Academies can enlighten the reformation of administration of students in colleges and universities. |
