微波辐射对甲苯磺酸催化合成肉桂酸乙酯

摘    要:在微波辐射下用对甲苯磺酸作催化剂肉桂酸与乙醇反应合成肉桂酸乙酯,探讨了影响反应的相关因素,优化的最佳条件为:微波功率为ρ-50,反应时间为20min,酸醇质量比为2.0:15.6,酯化率可达到90.0%。

Abstract:Ethyl cinnamate was synthesized by esterifecation of cinnamic acid with alcohol in the presence of methyl benzenesulfonate under microwave irradiation.Microwave irradiation power is P-50,the ratio of number of quality cinnamic acid and alcohol was 2:15.6,and the reaction time is 20min,the conversion rate can reach 90.0%.Though experiment the influencing factors of reaction were investigated,The optimum conditions were determined.
