| 摘 要： | 公民政治参与的效度是衡量国家民主化水平的重要尺度.对政治参与效度的整体考察与系统思考旨在推进我国的政治民主化进程,使公民权利和国家权力在互动博弈机制中实现中国民主政治的健康成长.当前影响我国公民政治参与效度的因素有:经济发展与市场化水平,公民的政治认知水平与参政能力,政治参与的制度化水平和公民结社的组织化程度.
