| 摘 要： | 在专家访谈、问卷调查、数理统计和文献资料分析的基础上,探析了上海市公共体育场(馆)提供公益性体育服务的现状以及上海公共体育场(馆)提供公益性体育服务过程中存在的矛盾与困惑等问题.在此基础上,从制定相关的法律法规、构筑提供公益性体育服务的物质基础、健全与完善提供公益性体育服务的形式与内容、构建提供公益性体育服务的价值补偿机制、制订确保公共体育场(馆)坚持公益性方向的措施等方面提出了进一步激发、提升上海公共体育场(馆)提供公益性体育服务积极性的对策与措施.
