| 摘 要： | 旅游礼仪是高校旅游专业重要的基础课,以往该课程的教学方式存在一些不足之处。通过从课程设计、课程目标、教学内容、教学方法手段以及考核方式等方面对其进行教学改革,可以提高课程教学质量和教学效果,让学生能真正将礼仪知识内化为一种行为习惯,提高业务素质。

| Abstract: | Travel etiquette is an important basic course of tourism specialty in university, and the teaching mode of the course has some deficiencies in the past. Through the teaching reform in course designs, course objectives, teaching contents, teaching methods, examination modes and other aspects, we can improve the teaching quality and teaching effect, thereby making the students can really turn etiquette knowledge into a habit to improve their service qualities. |
