| 摘 要： | 权威是教育中的重要因素，对于“权威”概念的正确认知有重要的教育学意义。文章分别从权威的“分寸感”．权威的本质、权威的张力空间三个维度阐释了“权威与权威主义”、“权威与责任感”．“权威与自由”这三组概念，并进而得出权威这一因素在家庭教育和学校教育中的重要作用。
