| 摘 要： | "学术期刊危机"引发OA期刊模式应运而生且蓬勃发展,这种开放存取模式的兴起也是现代学术信息共享的自由理念和出版机制的必然产物,客观要求大学高端信息处理者学科馆员与之有效对接整合和创新发展,以创新工作模式适应互联网时代,实现低成本高质量个性化分类差别文献服务,变被动上门借阅为主动送智到人,开拓学科馆员有效利用OA期刊模式为学术研究和知识创新服务的新范式。

| Abstract: | "Academic journal crisis"trigger OA journals model comes into being and vigorous development,this kind of open access mode is the rise of modern academic freedom of information sharing ideas and the inevitable result of publishing mechanism,the objective requirement of high-level information processing of subject librarians and the effective integration and innovation development docking,innovation work mode to adapt to the Internet age,to implement low cost high quality personalized classification difference literature services,and become the passive to active send wisdom door lending to people,open up the subject librarian effective use of OA journals mode for the academic research and knowledge innovation services by the new paradigm. |
