| 摘 要： | 在会计专业学生上岗实习遭遇安置难的背景下，通过创新模拟实践手段，改进实训组织方式，强化专业训练过程控制，使校内模拟实践基本具备上岗实习的功效，从而提高实践教学的效果，实现人才品质的动态更新，并由此化解上岗实习安置难与人才结构需要变动快的矛盾，提高会计人才的培养水平。

| Abstract: | Nowadays the college students majoring in accounting find it difficult to get into a job for practice or to be employed in their career,so it is suggested in the paper that post-simulation practice in college be arranged in order to help students be qualified for their future position by creating some approaches for post-simulation practice,bettering the means of organizing,and strengthening and supervising the process of their professional training in order to improve practice-teaching effectively and update the personnel quality dynamically so that the problems and difficulties mentioned above can be solved,and the training level for accounting personnel be upgraded. |
