| 摘 要： | 法官道德与司法公正的关系问题是司法改革中的重要问题。以往学者们论及司法公正，多是从我国制度建设的角度出发，而很少直接以法官道德这一主体因素为核心来加以思考。实际上，法官道德是实现司法公正的必要主观条件之一。对司法公正的伦理道德保障进行了较全面的探讨，尤其从法理学、伦理学的角度考察了法官道德对司法公正的影响及作用，以期对司法公正的目标建设有所裨益。

| Abstract: | The relationship between the morality of the judges and judicial justice is an important issue in judicial reforms. The previous discussions of the scholars on judicial justice were usually made from the angle of institutional construction and rarely took the judges' morality for focal consideration. The aim of this paper is to feature a general discussion of ethical and moral support for judicial justice. |
