| 摘 要： | 近年来,我国高等职业教育呈现出前所未有的发展势头,办学思想日益明确,办学规模不断扩大,同时,也对传统意义上的高校共青团建设带来了挑战。从分析当前高职院校共青团工作面临的挑战入手,提出了新形势下依托"党建带团建",在充分认识和把握高职学生特点的基础上,创新性地开创高职院校共青团工作新局面的对策和建议。
