运动性骨骼肌微损伤机制的研究进展

摘    要:综述运动性骨骼肌微损伤机制的研究进展,将其归纳为机械损伤学说、代谢学说(包括能量代谢紊乱学说、细胞内钙稳态失调学说和自由基学说等)、炎症反应学说等不同假说。认为:运动性骨骼肌微损伤的机制仍处于探索之中,应综合机械损伤和化学损伤等假说解释运动性骨骼肌微损伤。

Abstract:It summarized the headway of the research on the mechanism of exercise-induced skeletal muscle micro-injury and induced it as the different hypotheses,such as the theory of mechanical injury,metabolic theory(including the theory of energic metabolism diorder,the theory of maladjustment of steady-state of calcium in cells,free radical theory etc.),inflammatory reaction theory etc.It considered that the mechanism of exercise-induced skeletal muscle micro-injury was still being explored and it's necessary to synthesize the hypotheses of mechnical injury,chemical injury etc.to explain the exercise-induced skeletal muscle micro-injury.
