| 摘 要： | 完善我国教育考试制度,实现“依法治考”,是考试法律关系中双方主体共同的利益需求。应认真分析当前教育考试制度的运行现状,界定考试法的适用范围、剖析依法治考的内涵、完善考生权利的救济途径,以期逐步实现考试法治。

| Abstract: | To improve our country's educational examination system and to realize managing exams according to law is the mutual beneficial demand of both parties in the law relationship of examinations.This article analyzes the present situation of the educational examination system,the scope of the application of examination law,the connotation of managing exams according to law and the improvement of the remedies for examinees' rights,in hopes of helping make exams under the rule of law. |
