| 摘 要： | 法治是现代社会文明与进步的基本标志,是人类社会所能寻找到的一种最为理想的治国方式。党在"十八大"报告强调,"法治是治国理政的基本方式"。在检察工作中体现法治思维,无论从检察工作自身发展还是拓展检察工作均呈现其一定的应然性。当前,检察机关面对检察事业改革及检察工作科学发展,更应秉持法治思维,依法拓展检察工作。本文选取的样本Z省J区基层检察院以法治思维拓展检察工作取得了很好的法律效果和社会效果,尤其在"检察干警联系村社活动"中,以法治思维作为检察机关做好群众工作的基本方式,不仅在弘扬社会主义法治、提升该院整体工作水平的同时,也推进了检察机关为群众服务的能力。

| Abstract: | Nomocracy, as the basic symbol of modern social civilization and progress, is the most ideal governing way in human society. The 18th CPC National Congress report stresses that ＂Nomocracy is the basic way of governing principle＂. TO practice the thinking of ruling by law in procuratorial work is essential for its own development. At present, facing the procuratorial reform and scientific development of procuratorial work, the procuratorial organs should uphold the rule of law thinking and develop the procura- torial work in accordance with the law. The primary procuratorate of J District in Z Province carries out procuratorial work with the thinking of ruling by law and has obtained very good legal and social effect, especially in ＂Procuratorial officers contact village activ- ities＂. Choosing the thinking of ruling by law as a basic way for the procuratorial organs to complete the mass work carries forward the socialist rule of law, improves the whole level of procuratorial work, and also promotes the procuratorial organs＇ ability to serve the masses. |
