| 摘 要： | 高校选树什么样的大学生先进典型,让学生根据自己成长的需要,选择不同的成才道路,是教育工作者必须面对的课题.大学生内驱力是先进典型成长的内部动力,在高校学生先进典型培育中起着非常关键的作用.本文根据内驱力理论,探讨如何激发学生内驱力,营造大学生先进典型成长的氛围,让他们能看到、能学会,能用正能量的不断传播促进校园文化环境积极向上.

| Abstract: | It is always an important issue for educators to set what kind of typical examples among collegestudents, let them choose different developing ways in accordance with their own demands. The inner drivingforce of college students is the inner force for the development of the advanced typical examples, which plays acritical role in example cultivation. This paper discusses how to motivate the inner driving force of the studentsand how to create an atmosphere to cultivate the advanced typical examples ,which can help the students see,learn and use the positive energy to promote an active campus culture, environment. |
