| 摘 要： | 对鞍山产山葡萄籽中脂肪酸成分进行分析.采用索氏提取法提取山葡萄籽中的脂肪油,以氢氧化钾甲醇溶液对脂肪油中的脂肪酸进行甲酯化,用气相色谱-质谱联用仪进行分析.结果表明：山葡萄籽中主要提取出6种脂肪酸,其中主要成分是亚油酸.

| Abstract: | Fatty acids composition in anshan mountain grape seed are analyzed. Soxhlet extraction method toextract the fatty oil in the mountain grape seed oil, with potassium hydroxide methanol solution to methyl esterof fatty acid in fatty oil, and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry instrument is analyzed. The results showthat 6 fatty acids are detected in the mountain grape seed, the major fatty acid is linoleic acid. |
