摘    要:报道了对不同季节采摘的铁观音荼香气组分进行比较分析.采用顶空固相微萃取技术(HS-SPME)提取春、秋不同季采摘的铁观音茶中香气成分,用气相色谱-质谱法(GC/MS)从春季采摘的铁观音茶中分离并确定出12种化学成分,从秋季采摘的铁观音茶中分离并确定出6种化学成分.

Abstract:The Oolong tea aroma components of different seasons picking more points are reported. Usingheadspace solid phase microextraction technology, Extraction of spring and autumn picking of oolong tea aromacomponents in different season, Gas chromatography-Mass spectrometry (GC/MS) is isolated from pickingspring season oolong tea and 12 kinds of chemical composition are determined and isolated from the harvest au-tumn season oolong tea and 6 kinds of chemical composition are determined.
