| Abstract: | The level of scientific research affects not only the universities' talents training,subject construction and public service,but also their social reputation.The construction of state key laboratory in universities effectively raises the level of scientific research.Taking the chance of research development,universities should actively improve the management system in order to bring into full play the innovational advantages of state key laboratory. |
