| 摘 要： | 宪政经济学的方法和理论认为劳动权是人权保障的起源之一，是公民宪法权利体系中一项最基础而重要的权利，它与宪法的社会发展的价值紧密相连。保障劳动权是宪法社会正义的重要体现，是一项事关经济社会发展成败的首要公民宪法权利。

| Abstract: | The methodology and theory of constitutional economics maintain that right of labour is one of the origins of human right guarantee and a basic and most important right in citizen constitutional right system, and is closely connected with the social development value of the constitution, The guarantee of the right is an important embodiment of constitutional social justice and a principal citizen constitutional right concerning the success or failure of economic social development. |
