| 摘 要： | 为了克服速度滑冰教学中学生心理障碍的产生,采用了文献资料法和问卷调查法,对速度滑冰教学中学生由于身体素质差、缺乏意志品质、动作难度和动作危险性大、教学方法不合理等产生心理障碍的主要原因进行了探讨,并提出加强学生身体素质的训练和心理训练,培养学生正确的学习动机,重视动作示范和保护措施,优化课堂教学氛围等相应对策,以期提高冰上课的教学效果。
