| 摘 要： | 研究生导师队伍的建设,不仅是提高研究生教育质量的关键,而且对产学研联合培养工程有着重要的现实意义。结合教师的聘用机制对导师队伍建设的影响,提出研究生导师队伍的培养与提高相关措施,并针对产学研联合培养提出导师队伍建设的新要求。

| Abstract: | Abstraet： The construction of tutor team is not only the key to improve the quality of graduate education, but also has important practical significance for the cooperative education engineering. Combined with the employment mechanism of teachers＇ influence on the construction of tutor team, puts forward that the cultivation of the tutor team and relevant measures to improve, and new requirements for the construction of tutor team oriented cooperative education. |
