| 摘 要： | 国有农业企业经营绩效会直接影响到国有资产的发展和壮大,天康集团作为兵团的农业龙头企业,在兵团的经济发展和农业现代化过程中,起到了不可替代的作用.通过分析天康集团的经营行为和经营绩效,指出其存在的主要问题,并提出具体的对策建议.通过天康集团的具体案例,进一步讨论国有农业企业的发展道路.

| Abstract: | The operating performance of state-owned agricultural enterprises will directly affect the development and expansion of state-owned assets. As agricultural leading enterprises in the corps, Tecon group played an irreplaceable role in the economic development and agricultural modernization. In this article, we analyzed the management behavior and business performance of Tecon group, pointed out its main problems, and gives concrete and suggestions. Through the specific case of Tecon group, we made a further discussion of the development road in state-owned agricultural enterprises. |
