| 摘 要： | 教学质量监控是高职院校教学管理的重要环节之一。良好的教学质量必须以严格而科学的教学管理来保障。建立教学质量监控体系,首先要解决的是既对立又统一的两个方面的问题:一是谁来监控——即教学质量监控的主体有哪些;二是监控什么——即教学质量监控的客体应该是什么。因此,必须在全面质量管理思想的指导下构建多元化的教学质量监控主体体系和多层面的教学质量监控客体体系,形成对教学质量多角度、多方位、多层次的监控。

| Abstract: | The teaching quality control is very important in higher vocational education.Excellent teaching quality can only be achieved under a restrict and scientific teaching control system.In order to establish such a restrict and scientific teaching control system,we have to solve two problems,which are contradict but closely associated with each other.Firstly,who can carry out the supervision,ie.who are the management of the teaching quality control system? Secondly,who are the supervisees,ie.Who are the objects of the teaching quality control system? Therefore,we must construct a multilateral teaching quality control system including the management system and supervisee system,thus forming all-round control of the teaching quality. |
