| 摘 要： | 创新是企业实现竞争优势的主要方式,而这一过程又伴随着不同程度的风险.舍理地时创新活动进行控制机制选择,是成功创新的保障.通过理论分析,探讨了控制机制、企业能力以及企业创新问的关系.研究表明,战略控制有利于企业开展能力探索而不利于能力应用.财务控制有利于企业开展能力应用而不利于能力探索,能力探索促进了突变创新的产生而抑制了渐进创新,能力应用促进了渐进创新的开展而抑制了突变创新.
