论网络教学与素质教育

摘    要:现代化的教学手段在素质教育中有着重要的意义。和传统的教学手段相比,网络教学具有教学资源的丰富性与共享性、教学过程的超时空性、教学活动的交互性、教学环境的个性化性和教学媒介的多样性等特点。它既体现了素质教育的基本内涵,又有利于发挥学生的主动性和创造性及学生智能的开发。组织网络教学应注意树立新的教育理念,做好学生的管理工作,优化教学结构,加强与学生的情感交流。

Abstract:The modern teaching means plays an important role in the quality-aimed education. Compared with the conditional teaching method, the network teaching is rich in commonly shared teaching resources. The teaching process goes beyond time and space. The teaching activities overlap each other, the teaching environment is individualized and the teaching media are various, which not only reflect the basic meaning of the quality-aimed education, but also helps the students to bring the initiative, creativity and ability development into a full play. The network teaching should establish new educational theory, do student management well, invent an excellent teaching structure and often exchange emotions with students.
